This is actually my first time hearing about Inside, so maybe I'll read some spoiler posts about it, and use that as a gauge to see whether or not I'd like it.

I'm glad TF2 is still being talked about. I think its Competitive mode was being worked on long before Overwatch was ever a thing. Better late than never, though.

As someone who's always sorta been on the fringe of the community, what's PAXAMANIA, and who is Prof. Killa?

Sweet! I live in NY, but I don't live near NYC, so I've never been to the Nintendo Store. It's a life goal of mine, though. I've been to Kinokuniya, though. There used to be one in the Palisades Mall, and there's one in Jersey. They used to not have anything in English, but I guess they're appealing to the weebs more now, because they have a bunch of books in English now. I'm debating buying one of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure spin-off manga there-- it's listed for less on Barnes and Noble's website, but if I got it at B&N, I'd have to have it shipped in. Hm.

Did the game store carry Persona 3 and/or 4? I didn't learn about the franchise's existence until long after Gamestop stopped selling PS2 games, and I don't have a current-gen console, so I want to pick it up on PS2 somehow. I might also pick up Psychonauts, if I can find it. I own it on Steam, but I wanted to play it back when it was first released on PS2, and I kinda want to appease my middle/high school self and finally pick it up on the console I originally meant to pick it up on. And Disgaea. I never got a chance to play that franchise, either...

Agreed. I loved Final Fantasy X, but fuck some of the minigames required to get the ultimate weapons. I can't dodge lightning or play Blitzball to save my life.

If you do replay the LEGO games, make an original character Sith (by giving them a red lightsaber, which you unlock fairly early) in LEGO Star Wars II to blow through the Sith-only stuff right away. In LEGO Batman, use Poison Ivy. She has the most powers out of everyone, so she's very versatile.

I made the decision to try and get as many of the "Defeat 50 [insert enemy here]" flags in Terraria, and I already know it's going to take fucking forever, and I prolly won't ever achieve it. I think I have Slime, Ice Slime, and Penguin so far.

I used to think that I'd never play a dating sim-- I am in no way against them, but I felt like a fictional romance would never feel 'as real' or 'as accurate' as any of the relationships with real people I'd ever been in. (I feel the same way about romance movies.) If the writing was bad, I worried the characters would feel like automatons, or that I wouldn't fall for any of them. If the writing was too good, I worry I'd like all of the characters too much platonically, and I wouldn't be able to choose any of them without breaking the heart of another. (Part of why I'm glad Undertale's 'dating sim' elements are mostly jokes, and you can't actually pick between anyone-- I like them all too much!) I'm willing to give the genre another chance, but it'd have to be the right game, with a character that was so attuned to my interests that I couldn't resist.

Inspired by Grim Fandango and Undertale, I request a list of more games featuring friendly skeletons. I guess the Kingdom Hearts series should be on there, because of Jack Skellington, as well as those The Nightmare Before Christmas sequel games, natch (I think there's at least two of them).

JoJo was the first anime I've watched in years, so it's my pick. I don't watch as much anime as I should, partially because there's so much anime out there. If I made a list of what I'd liked in the past, could I get recommendations from there?

I can't honestly say I even have waifus/husbandos. Favorite characters, people I'd go on a road trip and fight crime with, sure, but rarely anyone I would desire a romantic relationship with. My favorite ramen flavor is "Oriental", followed by beef, chicken, and shrimp. The best stuff is the authentic stuff you get at a restaurant, though.

My non-anime cartoons of the year are Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, and Rick & Morty, and my favorite live action show, despite not being from this year (or this decade), was Twin Peaks (which I finally sat down to watch for the first time).

I haven't played Culdcept, but I'm familiar with the manga, which I enjoyed. I'd like to be able to finally play Persona (any of them), too.
