Bone Tomahawk (2015) - a very good Western with some excellent character interactions and some gore thrown in too. Solid 7.5/10

The Lobster (2015) - a very surreal look at human relationships and the culture around coupling versus lonerism - deadpan all the way and pretty wonderful. 9.5/10

Shit I didn't post much in Gaf, nor do I in GB, but I sure as hell enjoyed lurking Gaf a whole lot. The E3 Gifs and WebM Hype Threads were Comedic Gold sometimes. The OT's were very informative too. Sad to see the community split up and scattered. Well shit I say again. Sad day for my lazy lurking but it's not about me.

It's fine on first watch but watch it again and you see how thin it is. Yo sad hitman get's angry and kills everyone. Thin.

I think I've watched it 3 times. Maybe 4? So good. Still the best 'Lets Play' I have ever seen anywhere.

I've put it down after something like 200 or more hours. I tried my hardest to overlook my misgivings over the story. Mother loses Son and Husband, wakes up and doesn't immediately break down in grief but instead is picking up guns and killing everything. She was a lawyer. Okay you think she is a strong woman and I'll roleplay as such and head to Diamond City post haste, no Preston, no Brotherhood, no Railroad - straight to Diamond City. Save Nick, follow Dogmeat, meet Kellogg and oh god I am underlevelled for this fight, retreat retreat. Cheese Kellogg and finally whittle him down.........clearly Bethesda didn't want me to role play as a grief ridden Mother whose only goal was to find her son. Clearly I was supposed to do Minutemen quests and Brotherhood quests and whatever else before I try and rescue my son. Clearly I am playing it wrong. This is not a good thing to think when playing a RPG. In my excitement I bought the season pass (I had played and enjoyed all Fallout 3 and New Vegas' DLC so I was excited for Fallout 4's DLC) so I'll get back to it when they come out. As it is I restarted my character, levelled the shit out of her - the lawyer - and am just about to head to The Institute. Put it down - bored rigid and still annoyed at the story. Feel like replaying New Vegas instead for the 4th time!

recently in Life is Strange Ep 5 when you are going to the Diner and the oil trail and fire blow that shit up! Well I walked around and around and hit rewind after rewind looking for a way to stop it happening and had I walked 2 steps further the tipped over sand would have been revealed to me. I don't know how long this took but it felt like forever. Vinny found it instantly in their playthrough which did not make me feel any better.

As much as I want to watch Drew play MGS5 I'll have to (I have no choice in this matter) play it myself first but the knowledge that I'll have episodes of Metal Gear Scanlon to watch after I am done is a very nice feeling. Now we hold out hope that Vinny and Alex or Vinny and Austin do a Persona 5 Endurance Run.
