I love the game so far, and that Capcom intro gets me every time. I enjoy the swinging even though I'm not 100 percent used to it but the game is fantastic.

Now this  doesn't just apply to just Bionic Commando but other games as well. Though for some reason I've been playing the game for a while and I still don't feel 100 percent confident in my ability to swing. I've gotten far enough in the game, but something about the swinging mechanic doesn't feel right to me yet I'm always either letting go too early or too late. Yet at times I do perfectly, it's very hit or miss, quite literally I might add. I very much enjoy the gameplay and the game itself is wonderful, but personally I just suck at swinging. I'm sure I'll get better but I feel like the game should give some kind of practice areana or pace better to get the player to feel powerful with the swinging.

This isn't the only game this happens in there have been other games where the main machanic is innovative or new and I just can't get it right. Such as Halo 3 and it's pickups. I always used them inncorectly because I would go to reload and hit the X button like I have for the 5 five years before in the previous Halos and for the developers to just change that really messed up my shit. I still fuck up in that game to this day.

Anyway I really enjoy Bionic Comando and will go play it right after writng this. Though I was just seeing if anybody else had the same problem in this game or others for that matter.

Lately I've been oddly drawn to the mysterious mediocrity of Sonic Unleashed. I picked the game up for 12.95 on clearance at my local Target, and I figured at that price it was worth trying. For weeks it was on my shelf unopened, and for some reason I had a craving to play a platformer that has be beaten down from every critic I know. As I put the game in I was immediately impressed by the high production values, and wonderful CG cut scene in the beginning.

As I continued the first day time level was pretty cool and it felt like old Sonic but I find it near impossible to play to perfection due to the too fucking fast gameplay. I was in need for a slowdown and boy did I get it. As I started the warehog levels that I heard so much about I thought "well they're not too bad" the combat does it's job well (not great) and the platforming was just what the game needed. The slower pace worked except for the fact that the level lasted a half hour. Then I started dying on this one part in spagiongia. I have to climb tis clock tower, wich cold've ended  like three times, though it just kept on going and going and going. It's as if the developers forgot what work they have done on the level and just kept on adding to it. I realized I wasn't dying becasue I sucked at the game, it was the games falut for making weird camera angles and bad platforming. Yet I still want to continue for some weird masocistic reason I'm attracted to this game. I want to keep playing, but I know I will break at some point. For the moment "It's not that bad".

I'm quite a fan of cheese, pickles, cooked onions, and catchup.

I love this game. It's one of the most relaxing fun to play game I've ever played. Most people probably wouldn't attribute Fallout 3 to relaxing, but to me I love to knowing where I'm supposed to go and making my choices within the game. It lets me escape into a different world yet still lets me be who I want to be. I've put more hours into that game than any other game I've played (42 hours) and everyone seems to count. I'm still in the process of completing broken steel, but there are choices in that game that let me shine as a person. Any game that lets you play in that sense is a mark of a great game. I love it.
