I'll try this game, maybe when its discounted, just for its visuals. But Killzone just never grabbed me. I think I just don't like its aesthetic. Same with Halo though, might just be a scifi thing.

That would make sense, but doesn't seem to be the case. One is 14 and the other is 7... no mention in the manual or help.

I really don't like this UI. Got to the first merchant, and realized there is no way to compare what he's selling to what you have equipped or not. Great. But it shows ex, Dmg 14(-12) without explaining what thats for. Any ideas?

My overall feeling was that this game needed to come out years ago. Playing the demo after Batman, hell, years after Conan, you get the sense that they didn't really add much to the formula.

Gears is going to be putting  whole lot of pressure on live. When Gears 1 came out, things got a little wonky. There's a lot more 360s out there now.

Throw an update in to the mix (one that could crash systems) and you're asking for problems.
