Hm, is there no more way to get the expanded-size video player anymore, without making the video completely fullscreen/full-tab?
It was so nice being able to have a reasonably large video by default while still being able to scroll around the page normally. Shame GB's doing arbitrary design updates that directly hurt their usability like major social media sites do now :(
Anyway, another nice day of Pokemon combat, Jan. At least that's still pleasant.
This series is a lowkey pleasure every time it shows up. Whether it's this game or Dragonball Cards or something else, I'll gladly keep watching as long as it's Jan casually chatting while playing in this style.
Thanks for the show guys, looking forward to whatever direction this podcast moves on to. Movies or DB or Super or whatever.
Except... seriously don't bother with GT, it's a huge waste of time and with both of your tastes as seen so far you'll probably get sick of it quick, and the super sour episodes of ASG aren't that fun to listen to.
Does it seem like there's a ton of extra motion blur when he turns the camera or am i just tripping out on this?
I normally have 0 problems watching videos of FPS play, but just seeing Jeff slowly walking around this little town area is making me feel on the verge of a headache. Every time the camera isn't holding steady the screen becomes totally unreadable, and even when he makes slight adjustments it's disorienting...
I can understand only listening to these episodes instead of watching. Maybe it's against the spirit of the podcast? But whatever.
Most of the Super Buu stuff is legitimately the worst stretch of Dragon Ball content besides *maybe* GT, and it's a trial to bother paying attention to it. If they gotta do other stuff to get through this mess, it's fine.
I'm glad Jeff mentioned how unpleasant this Gotenks and Super Buu fight is to watch, because this exact stretch is where I ditched the show in the original run and is the main reason why I say the Buu saga is kind of bad, despite how good the high points are.
The villian just lost all his personality, and on top of that we're supposed to cheer for the Scrappy Doo of sayians for way too long, in a way that doesn't even advance the story. It sucks so, so fucking much.
