@willza92 I think I disliked the ME1 stuff so much because it felt so sudden and out of place. You finish one mission and suddenly everyone is demanding the you choose someone to get involved with. I really enjoyed all the relationship stuff in Persona 4, for example, because it built up in a more believeable way.

@morningstar: I completely agree, the romance stuff in Mass Effect was god awful. Haven't played 2 or 3, don't know if it gets any better.

The first answer that always comes to mind when I see this question is, "ICO."

I think my all time favorite was during one of the GOTY videos and they were playing Mass Effect 2, and during a bunch of dialog that prompt came up to interrupt and the entire ME group just starts gunning everyone down. Ryan just yells, "YEAH THIS IS WHAT MASS EFFECT IS ALL ABOUT! FUCKIN GANGSTER SHIT!!"

Those mini games were awful. But having watched a bunch the Scrublords videos on YouTube, the fighting in this actually looks maybe ok for what it is. Anyway enjoyed the video.

Seems pretty reasonable to me. They need more money to make the game they want to make and have a way to do it without asking backers for more money. I would hazard a guess that games in development often require additional funding part way through, it's just not something the general public ever hears about.

I don't know when I stopped writing in cursive. The most interesting thing to me about the changes in my handwriting over the years is that mine has grown more and more similar to my dad's. That's absurd right? But it totally keeps happening.
