Ncaa 09 football Dynasty

So i have 09 and have started a real online dynasty, with 11 other people and it seem like this is goin to work . I am in a acc/ sec dynasty so ill be playing against strong teams. So lets begin, i have to play 6 really strong teams. right now im 1-2. with loses against miami and maryland, now you may be thinking maryland how can u lose to maryland, there good but not great. well im not playing with a good team my team is about a C- overall. Im playing with UK University of Kentucy( i know i spelled that wrong but im pissed with my team so i dont care. my fastest reciever is a 89 speed  and cant really catch. my best running back is slow and cant run over corners and cant out run linebackers so yea. my tight end cant catch or out run anyone so i have my 4 reciever to te and now is my best offencesive weapon. also my lineman are about 78 overall from tackle to tackle...its bad lol and on defense we aren't much better ...we are slow and can tackle i have to freshman starting in my defensive backfield. Now for the killer. My quarterback..god bless his soul.....but he sucks..he cant throw it over 30 yards and has a hard time completing short ones he is fast enough to out run the rush but if u cant compete passes it doesnt matter...his touchdown to int ratio is 8-12 half of those picks were under thrown passes and 2 were dropped passes...we need to go 8-4 and we will
