It would be a good way to get new levels for the game. People will want to sell levels in order to pay for new ones.

The only problem I would see is that nobody would buy the most recent ones at the bottom of the list. That and the fact that Little Big Planet is so big already, it doesn't need anything like this to encourage people to create levels.

I preferred GTA4 because it had the best story so far. GTA Vice City was fun because of the setting but overall the next-gen finish on GTA4 along with it's decent story made it for me.
