The Pokemon World Champion hotel poop story is the first thing that came to my mind. Remember listening to it biking home after a 12hr night shift. Had to pull over because I was laughing so much. Not sure what the date of that podcast was though.
Just got a 5th followed by a 9th in singles. That chicken dinner is getting closer, I can smell it!! Starting to get a feel for the flow and the weapons. I don't like sniper rifles, I do like double barrel shotguns. Also the tip above saying don't start nothing unless you can finish it is super good advice. Especial when your down to the last 20.
I finished downloading this a few mins ago. I was always curious about the island in square H on the map. So first run in i decided to go take a look. It was a looooong swim. Turn out it's totally the island you start on. But, it had lots of great gear. In 2 mins I found lvl3 backpacks and helmets. Now I don't advise this unless you find a speed boat at the start of the match and even then you will have to move very quickly. But it looks like a great place to score awesome gear early on.
@cthomer5000: Any Nintendo game after the N64. They clearly make some great games, but i'm never going to be able to justify a console purchase for their games alone - and that's the island they have been on for quite some time.
Man, this sucks! Drew is S tier. I am always happier when he's on the podcast or camera. One of, if not the, funniest guys on staff. I genuinely learned a lot from him about various topics. He brought a different perspective to the discussions. His love of the military and flying gave us the GB flight club. It also ment we got to hear from people writing into the bombcast with crazy stories an facts. All this is to say he will be sorely missed. I wish him the best of luck and hope he isn't a stranger. ?
Picked this up after the generally warm reaction from various outlet. I bought the digitally for PC which was my first mistake. Doesn't seem like there are many players online and I spend much of my time waiting for matches to begin. It also means that i'm getting matched with people who've played a butt load of this game and out rank me significantly. This make learning difficult. Think I should have got the disk version on PS4. The game can be fun but damn does it make me salty. You can be having a great battle with someone then you'l get interrupted from behind by there team mates.
