So after a long wait, I got the money to get the PSP fixed (or replaced). It took a little while to do so. Reason being that yes - the webside side of their service center stated my PSP's Serial Number was invalid (that doesnt really make any sense because the last two times I placed it in it worked, i just didnt had the money to go forward).

So we go to the phone side. Its a little long to get to customer service but when I do, it only takes a while but its done well. I was very pleased that NOTHING has changed from the days that I had to get my PS2 fixed way back when. Sure 89 bucks is NOTHING to snezze at. But at least i know if godforbid when I get my PS3 and nothing else works in trying to fix it - I'll know that it will be fixed and it will be just as quick as last time.

Microsoft with all of its money and all of its power still has shoddy service. I hear from neogaf that 360's CS is horrible (at best) and non existant (at worse) and with Ninty's its here or there.

This if not anything else is one of the reasons why I stick with sony through thick and thin, through all of the BS it gets from the fame-stream media and the like.
