I know what you mean. I clocked in like 120+ hours into Fallout 3 and when i saw New Vegas screens i didnt get excited at all. Too soon.
Just got this game. Without DLC or anything. But im in love. I thought i would be overhyped but i wasnt. But i dont think i will find anybody to play co-op with. Anybody wants to start a new playthrough? Im playing a Lilith and im playing on PS3. PSN: NukeGoBoom.

Rihanna was last week, Metallica and Yo La Tengo was this year. Porcupine Tree and LCD SS are later this year. Last year had: MGMT, Lady GaGa, Pet Shop Boys, Faith No More, Opeth and Zero 7 were last year and a bunch of indies. But its only maybe 1-2 good shows every 2 months.

I know right... 3 fucking days. I would blame Anti-Semitism but im not a hypocrite. Sigh... And i missed MGMT + Kaiser Chiefs last year because of a personal thing.
There are other decent gigs but... Meh. Theres: DJ Shadow But i much much prefer the sampling works of The Avalanches and Girl Talk anyway. Davendra Bernhart (Am i spelling him right?Whatever) Too weird for me. But i understand why people like him. Missy Elliot The opening band is cool but i dont like that sort of Pop/Hip Hop.
So me and a friend bought tickets to a Pixies (with Editors opening) show. We are both rock concert virgins and we were fucking hyped for it. And 3 days before the show it got canceled. Apparently there were some online petitions against the band performing in Israel (Which Gil Scott Herron responded and agreed not to perform). And the whole Gaza bullshit was the last straw for their their managers. This is terrible. I can get the money back but i am extremely sad because of this and there are no other artists i enjoy performing in Israel. Maybe except for LCD SOUNDSYSTEM but thats in August. I am extremely depressed because of this :(
