If you're going to get a Chromebook get one with a touch screen and make sure it'll support the Google Play Store in a future update. There are some Google Play apps that should fill in some of the gaps compared to a Windows machine.

PLEASE don't buy a video card yet. The AMD Radeon RX 480 is coming out this week for $230ish (8GB version) and it should have similar performance to the GeForce 980 (non Ti version) for half the price. A CrossFire setup with 2 of them might also have better performance than the $700 GeForce 1080. Wait for the reviews of it to come out before making your decision.

My cousin played SF4 and UMvC3 with an X360 gamepad. He broke the dpad on like 4 of them. He currently uses one of the transforming dpad ones, but the dpad cracked and he had to crazy glue it together so it doesn't transform anymore. I'm glad I invested in a joystick since it's still going strong after all this time. It's not for everyone though and sometimes I'm too lazy to get it out when I want to play just cause I have it bagged up since there's not a lot of place to store a big heavy joystick and keep dust off it during those times I don't use it.

Thanks for the first video. I just needed to know what changed from SF4 to SF5. I was wondering how to do a back quick rise. Now if they'll only release a new Marvel vs Capcom with this new netcode...

Do you guys use a "claw stance" to play with the 6 front button layout? Or just your thumb?

Parts 1, 2, 5, and 6 are up on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/TheRealGiantBomb/videos

When I was watching it on the GB stream I stopped around the time Danny came on so I can't continue where I left off =(. I have no idea why Parts 3 and 4 are missing but maybe it's some video encoding thing with YouTube.

I would also recommend Pocket Casts. I paid to also get their web service so I can listen on my computer where I left off on my phone.

What's hilarious (?) about the volume these last few days has been the huge difference in volume between the couch segments of the evening shows and the break music. The break music is incredibly loud compared to the segment volume. I'm turning my volume down as far as it can go and then have to crank it back up when the next segment starts.

I fear Giant Bomb's war against Audio Quality will never end.

Agreed. I'm watching the E3 press conference videos and I have to crank up the volume to hear them. Then when I move on to the next video the waiting music at the start scares the crap out of me by how loud it is.

Pocket Casts on Android still not picking up the new Alt+F1 in premium feed, but it could just be that they don't update in real time.

Update: Nevermind. It was just Pocket Casts updating slow. That seems normal though since they have their own servers to update.
