For anyone who wants to skip to the part where they talk about Jeff, it's in the last two minutes of the podcast.

Can I just say that the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Christmas special is absolutely fantastic, and for anyone who may think that the show is making a downhill turn, just give the movie a look and laugh heartily with me as you realize that they've still got what it takes to make a hilarious-ass show.

NORML is the primary organization fighting for marijuana legalization, with chapters all over the globe.  If you go to their website I'm sure you can find a number of press releases relating to your topic.
 
Just my two cents: marijuana laws in our country (the US) are moving forward, not back.  Almost every year more states legalize medical marijuana, and California is poised to legalize it at all levels, essentially making it no more illegal than a pack of cigarettes.  If you're like me and you are a big proponent for legalization, then this is definitely a good thing.  Progress is slow, to be sure, but it's moving solidly forward.  Which, I think, is very cool.

Solid post, Brad.  Garrus was one of my favorite characters, so I'm glad to see him return.

When I had netflix, I used that as my streaming service.  I don't these days, so what I typically do is procure a high def file one way or another and then plug my external disk into the xbox and stream it that way.  Despite owning a zune and having a zune account, I don't see myself using this service (as nice as it is) simply because I'm not a big fan of the whole DRM business.  Plus my internet connection tops out at 1.5 megs, so no way I'm going to get true HD anyway.
 
All that aside, this looks like an excellent service.  Good break down Brad, as always.
