Ok, looks like I'd be best off holding for a little while. I've still got MKX and Tekken tag 2 to tide me over. Thanks for the advice.

Hey Duders.

I can't stop thinking about SFV. I love fighting games, I play them often, but generally only by myself or with friends. I've never been good enough for online play, but neither would I call myself casual. I've always wanted to get into SF (it being one of the only fighters I have zero experience with) and I was hoping 5 would be my entry point. Then it launched and my general thoughts were " I'm not sure want to support something as stripped down as this that also costs £50". That would've been my dilemma over with, except then I share played it...the fighting felt so good that I felt an instant desire to play more of the game, even if it's current features means there would almost nothing for a player like me.

So my question is: do I buy the game and stick it out until challenge and (true) story mode arrive? Am I best leaving it (at least for a while)? Or do I buy ultra 4 as a stop gap?

I love TR3 but some of it was insane. There's a platfroming section in the London level, where you had to do a back flip into a leap of faith fall a was almost deadly ( in the guide, I remember, they told you to judge the distance using her scream: a scream from her was a bad sign, but only a drop the length of a full scream would kill her.) totally nuts.

Until I see it available to buy I still won't believe any so called confirmed release time table for the game. We are talking about a game that was announced 10 years ago as a ps3 exclusive.

Does anyone have any thoughts on the newly announced Vampire Hunter D CGI series? The isn't a lot information on it at the moment but I'm pretty much on board with more VHD as a rule.

The PS1 Vampire Hunter D game and devil may cry with just a dash of Bloodborne and some artistic help from the cyberconnect2 team.

I'm definately going to play MGS V tonight in his honour, that or watch moulin rouge, both helped me realise how strangely wonderful some of his lyrics were.

Don't forget that nuclear weapons are much more dangerous than the initial explosion. NK might be insane, but I doubt they are insane enough to declare themselves winners sitting in a could of their own fallout. We just have to hope that the world either realises nukes generally are bad for everyone or that Cold War logic prevails.

That sounds ok to me although they should just make either the feudal Japan game we all want or finally give ezio's Chinese apprentice her own full game.
