My biggest takeaway from this year is that more order and moderation are required. Jeff/Brad/whoever needs to put their foot down after people make the same argument (practically verbatim) for the fifth, sixth, seventh time. And can we stop with the consolation picks? Every year the nine and/or ten spot is taken by some game only one or two people played. Next year's deliberations will probably involve 8+ people. Even if a game in question is one person's super-duper-number-one-favorite, it should NOT make the list if only like 2 people played/liked it. That is literally why the personal Top Tens exist.
I'd totally be down for another pay-tier of GB. Like the duder in the audience, I actually feel kind of guilty paying less than $50 a year for hundreds of hours of entertainment. Maybe introduce a $100 plan where subscribers get some exclusive signed merch or something?
