A Gamer's Hell (and what you can do to help!)

I went skidding off my scooter here in Taipei the other day. It was a stupid mistake and entirely my fault. As soon as I got up, I knew I had broken my wrist. As I walked to the side of the highway still in shock and bleeding from some painful roadrash, I came to a horrible realization.
Shit. I can't play games with a broken wrist, can I?
Well, my wrist was in fact broken and now one week later I am finally back in my apartment. Actually I'm very lucky that my injuries weren't more serious. I could have broken a hip, busted up my noggin, been hit by a car, or broken my right wrist instead of my less important left. Here I am though. 1 surgery, 14 stitches and 8 screws in my wrist later and I am asking for your help.
What games can I play with only one hand?
Luckily I've realized that many of the games I've actually currently been playing only require one hand. Point and click adventure games (Gabriel Knight), Strategy Games (Master of Orion II) and many other titles as well (World of Goo, Osmos). What are your recommendations though? What is the silver lining to this gamers nightmare? What overlooked titles that can be played with one hand should I use this opportunity to play through? I am abroad and currently only have a DS and PC.
I went through the trouble of typing all this up with one hand, so please, lets have those suggestions!
