I nearly had an aneurysm watching the playdate when they were doing the control bit. How something so minor can make me feel so uncomfortable is crazy. Fire on the face button, madness.
This game is amazing, not as hard as I was expecting. I've only had trouble on the Dragon so far and that's because I was trying to stick with the spread shot. as it was the only weapon I'd used to that point.
@hassun: The controls are fantastic, I've had absolutely no issue with them except that pressing jump while ducking which makes you fall through a platform. I died so many times fighting the dragon on world 2 because you are standing on clouds and you fall to your death.
@deathpooky: Took me a while to understand properly how the armour works, once I had that down it's not been too bad because it becomes fairly obvious who should be attacking who.
No problem with cheesing, it's pretty much the core of this game.
Rories problem is he takes something he doesn't know then extrapolates it to the rest of the game, compounding what he doesn't know.
@artisanbreads: Yeah, I'm not really saying that Jeff should play it one camera although he did recently say that he's going to play lots of it soon. It's more that he actually takes in what's on the screen.
Maybe the patience thing isn't what Jeff likes although I'd say that it's not really required for this Hitman game, you're never waiting around for long. He does however respond well to dumb shit and this game is full of that.
It's so weird, must be something to do with the distance they sit from the TV or something. I know playing on camera makes things harder and I'd as sure as hell be affected by it but chirst they've played this game so much and still miss easy stuff.
People say Jeff would be really good at Hitman (and I have no doubt he would be) due to the few times it's been played on UPF and the stuff he's pointed out but that's only because he actually takes in what's on the screen. This Hitman isn't a hard game.
