@gundato: The answer is much simpler than that. Starting back in NXT, Lacey has played a heel quasi-racist, retro Southern belle character who wants America to go back to "the good old days." Later on the main roster, someone decided to turn her babyface without changing her character much.

Moxley just dropped a smark bomb on TIJ. I don't have any commentary to add other than it's a great listen and I wanted to use the pun "smark bomb."

@toug: At first I was afraid it was going to be a typical "you people" heel turn explanation. Then we find out that Bryan locked himself in a hyperbaric chamber breathing 100% pure oxygen and used mediation to reprogram his own brain! This is the good stuff wrestling needs.

I've noticed problems with this as well. It seems like titles with the show name removed makes sense in some instances, like in carousels where the video title is always listed next to the show name. But it doesn't look right in other places, like on Infinite, where for example "Metal Gear Scanlon 2 - Part 11" is just listed as "2 - Part 11".

In my opinion, for a lot of shows, separating the show name doesn't look right. In carousels, the current ASG podcast looks like this:

To xxpantherxx and the rest of the crew, I just wanted to say I'm enjoying Best Match Ever. I appreciate that you guys are picking a wide variety of unusual matches instead of obvious classics. Also, thanks for explaining more background and context for those of us who might not know the details surrounding all these matches.

I'm decidedly anti-marathon, but I also don't like the idea of removing polls altogether for complete randomness. Hey, I love Giant Bomb videos -- I've probably seen most of them -- but there are some real boring ones.

Instead, I would enhance the video cooldown system to produce more variety: Maybe increase the cooldown from 100 to 200 or more, or base it on real world time (2 weeks?) What if after every 90+ minute video plays, the following poll only includes videos that are less than an hour? This would increase variety in terms of type and total number of videos played.

I'm pretty fascinated by the mechanics of the polls and the idea of a simple set of rules that delivers an entertaining experience. It's intriguing. While the continue series feature didn't work out, I did like the reduction in poll choices to 5 that occurred around the same time.
