There's something unclear about your poll's premise. You ask whether the content is "niche" but the poll responses you offer are about whether we enjoy the content, as if to imply that "niche" content is inherently not enjoyable.

Also, when you talk about "Patrick's content" which things are you referring to? Quick looks of indie games and Japanese games? Spookin' with Scoops? Worth Reading? Interview Dumptruck? Editorials? Some of these things are different from each other.

I like how the phrase "From the makers of Bioshock 2" appeared in the trailer, then was immediately redacted, as if they suddenly thought "we'd better not mention this."

Also, it seems like they're sticking with black oil and rectangles for the enemy designs. Well, we'll see.

The new video player works well for me, both high/progressive and streaming. It's better than the previous player, and the one before that, in my experience.

Also, any time you include a poll option that says "fuck you," I'm definitely going to choose that one.

A practical joke is like in 1988, when Sun Microsystems engineers turned the CEO's office into a 4-par golf hole. Or in 1986, when Sun's engineers removed all the furniture from Eric Schmidt's office and reqplaced it with a VW Beetle, which they disassembled and then reassembled inside his office. Or a few years ago, when Sun engineers took CEO Jonothan Schwart'z office and moved it into a cargo shipping container in the parking lot. Or in the early 90s, when Sun engineers moved one of the R&D engineers' office to the bottom of an aquarium.

THOSE are practical jokes.

OK, so just to be sure I understand you, the definition of a "practical joke" is when engineers at Sun Microsystems displace objects in an office at Sun Microsystems? No wonder you're so upset; none of these other so-called "jokes" even involve the furniture in Sun Microsystems offices.

I need to see a video of that Power of Love performance.

OK, since you asked...

Innovation is overrated. I mean, certainly you can find games that do things that have never, ever been seen before. They're interesting, but most of them are not that fun to play.

Here's the thing: the "Big Bang" in Big Bang Theory actually refers to sex. Every episode is about the pursuit of sexual or romantic relationships, and that's what the show has always been about, if I'm not mistaken. Also, I should mention that I hate that show.

Hey guys, I'm moving this guide to this google document. Please let me know how it works and whether you experience any problems.

@drgreatjob: Are you sure the links aren't working? They are for me, unless, I accidentally missed fixing some.

@dungbootle: Cool, thanks.

I'm thinking I might move this to a google document. The blogs/forums were not really designed to handle a fat table like this.
