During this lull between the Summer and Fall anime seasons I started watching Fate Kalied Liner Prisma Illya. I started playing FGO a month ago just before the Prisma Codes event and that got me interested in the anime since I never watched it. I wasn't expecting much since Fate/Stay Night didn't really impress me and I got bored with Fate/Zero. But this show is on mashup of the Fate series and the Mahou Shoujo genre that is surprisingly entertaining and lighthearted.

The show feels very similar to Cardcaptor Sakura (Illya even says Sakura's catchphrase "hoé" from time to time) with the main mechanic being card collecting except the cards are the Servant cards from Fate. Before watching this show I didn't really like Rin Tohsaka but as a magical girl senpai she is more likeable than she is in the other Fate series. The rivalry between Illya and Miyu is very interesting as they have different reasons and ideals for being magical girls.

I will probably continue with the rest of the series now that I am hooked. Watching episode 6 last night had me in tears which I was not expecting. Would highly recommend to anyone who is a fan of Fate or Mahou Shoujo!

@atastyslurpee: GTA 5 currently takes up 75gb and that game doesn't have 4K textures. The 105gb is likely from that and hopefully is an optional install if you don't have an PS4 Pro. People want pretty games but that takes up space. It is a BIG world and there is probably a lot of voice acting and game music. Final Fantasy 15 takes up more space than RDR2 not including the 4k textures. This is just something people are going to have to get used to in AAA games to come.

I just hope they add an option not opt out of cross play. Cheating on online PC games would ruin this game for console players.

I really want to play this but the first game ended so nicely its hard to go back. I read its a sequel to the first and that has me interested but I can't afford it right now. If it goes on sale for Black Friday I will pick it up then.

Hanebado is really breaking my heart. I really love Hanaseki but turning her into the villain ruined it for me. They spend most of the season making you feel sorry for her but then the latter half of the season show how bad a person she really is deep down. Her mom's reason for leaving her are the worst and the "reborn" Hanaseki is really disappointing. All she did was change from left hand to right hand!

The end of Chio's School Road was very satisfying. The after credits and fake previews had me LOL. Hope there is a season 2 though I doubt it since they couldn't even fill out the last episode.

Can't wait for the final 2 episodes of Overlord III. The season so far has been pretty disappointing but the last episode had me laughing so hard I nearly spilled my drink and watched it again sober then next day.

I really enjoyed Planet With but its not the end all anime everyone is making it out to be for me at least. The memes and references are my favorite part but the animation style is not to my liking. The mecha are just plain ugly. Also Ginko is best girl.

The current One Piece arc is really starting to drag. The show seems to really like showing Luffy getting beat the crap out of repeatedly... I feel bad for the voice actress for Big Mom since all she has said for the last 20 or more episodes is "WEDDING CAKE!!!!" Jimbei finally shows what role he will play for the Straw Hat crew as their new helmsman. Pudding-chan constantly falling over for Sanji was cute at first but is getting really old. I miss Zoro...

I really loved Gundam Build Divers. Its not a good as Build Fighters but it made me cry a few times. The nod to Build Fighters was nice knowing they are in the same timeline. The whole virtual reality aspect takes away all the stakes in the fights. My favorite part of the "Build" series is the kit-bashing. I didn't watch AGE and didn't love 00 so it was hard to get attached to a lot of the new mobile suits.

Metal Gear Acid 1 and 2. If you don't care for the absurd story, its still a fun card battling turn based strategy game.

Also as many others have said, Crisis Core.

There was a probably a technical issue and I don't think its a permanent thing since they record on Thursdays anyways. Hopefully they didn't lose some portion of it due the the recording failing. Vinny hasn't said anything on Twitter so that's a good sign.

The pricing is way too high IMO. If it were half the price it would be tempting but as someone who already owns over 200 PS4 games my backlog is big enough and I can Remote Play them for free.

I still have my OG PlayStation and all the games they have announced and another 100ish games. No reason for me to get this other than as a collectors item.
