@Kinarion: Indeed, but does it not deserve a PASSIVE MENTION when everything else looks so fucking amazing in that game?

Now I like Giant Bomb a lot. I spend a lot of my time on Gametrailers.com, but Giantbomb tends to resonate more with my opinions, and I am listening to the Day 2 stuff right now, and the category they are currently digging deep into is the one in the title. There is something I have to ask though.

How the fuck is God of War 3 not even getting a mention? It is both technically and artistically brilliant looking, and in my opinion, the best looking game this year. Now they may disagree, but it at least deserves a passive mention. They have yet to even acknowledge it in about 10 minutes of discussion. Did they just forget it existed?

Saw 2 films in one day.

Social Network 10/10
Due Date 6/10

Due date was funny and entertaining, but borrowed so many road movie ideas without adding anything new. The first half was dull with quite a few funny lines not delivered well, and it was generally unintuitive. That said, it was a lot more funny than I expected and well worth watching if you like laughing.

Social Network. Just see this film, it is so fucking good.

Sure, unoriginal thread, also maybe in the wrong place. Dude's gotta learn by trying. But anyways, I have like half the money I need to get AC:B, but I am not even remotely hyped for that game. I know it will be great, just have no need to get it, but I get the feeling if I don't get it, I'll kinda regret it later. Or I could save for GT5, again, looks great, not hyped and I also do not play many racers, but I loved GRID to bits. Or, I could just go out today with my friend and get some food and drinks and get MGS Peace Walker cheap. I do not have my own PSP, but my stepbrother never uses his and is only around to notice every 2 weeks. I am a HUGE MGS fan and have been meaning to play this since it launched but just don't want to spend out on a PSP to experience it. Is now the time to get that game? when so many other games are coming out around me?

When me and a friend go into a shop, I buy the PS3 game and he buys the 360 game, I expect to get the same product. Feels like a broken beta, but the game is too good to just give up on. I want to play this game, and since I paid for it, I think I have a right to at least complain on the internet.

I am living proof that at least 1 person does, and the fact that several hundren thousand people play the PS3 version online at once every day may be a clue that several hundred thousand more people care.

I mean, let's face it, it's pretty fucking broke. Right now I am looking at a loading screen that has been there for about 3 minutes now, and this was the first of 5 games that got that far, as I have been disconnected before the game even starts 4 times before that. The last actual game I played was lagging all over the place to no advantage of my own. usually it would be me randomly appearing in front of an enemy when I was previously in deliberate cover reloading after having pumped 2 clips into a version of that certain enemy that actually didn't exist.

To be honest, when this game actually works, I love this game. However, hen I pay for a game on launch day, I'd like it to work on launch day. 1 week and a day later and it's still the same damn problems and it's really pushing it. In fact at this point, the custom ported mac version of Fallout New Vegas running via emulation is more reliable than this game's online mode, and it is getting fairly stressful.

Well they have hardly had things their way up until now, have they?

I also preferred WaW more than MW2. CoD4 is my favourite so far of this gen, but WaW  was a very good game, even though it was world war 2. That Reichstag level was fucking awesome.

OK, everyone here needs to go and read IGN's preview. Just wait for a level in the campaign called "Numbers"
