I don't want to be too demanding or anything, but my achievements for Xbox Live and Steam are not syncing. Not a huge rush to get this fixed, but it is a problem.

mines mario brothers song. i got tired of it so i just keep it on vibrate all the time.
I'm pretty much the same way, I think my last ringtone was the beginning of Joy Division's "Digital" but I eventually got sick of hearing anything when I got a call, so I've left it on vibrate for the past few years now. My alarm is one from my old Windows Mobile 6 phone that they included on Windows Phone 7 for some reason, so I was pretty excited to keep that.

I have a friend who is trying to main Baraka, and I honestly think he's crazy for trying. The best combo he can get involves using his x-ray at the end of it. I agree with the people here saying that you should wait to play the game before deciding who to main. I was so sure before the game came out that I was gonna rock Stryker from the get-go, but I actually ended up playing Reptile and Johnny Cage a lot more, and they've become my mains.

I like a good challenge, and there's nothing more challenging the unpredictability of another human. I don't find a lot of satisfaction from defeating AI, they're generally easy to figure out and a lot of the time purposefully stupid, so with a friend it cuts the work in half, making it even less satisfying. Fighting games and RTS's especially live or die by a human on the other end. I generally cringe at the suggestion of playing zombies mode in Call of Duty; I want to be outsmarted, not outnumbered.

When the game came out I was mostly playing Johnny Cage, but I've been playing Reptile more and more lately, since I notice he's probably the most ignored ninja in the game and I've been able to pull off better combos more easily than I could do with Cage.

I'm a Hindu. I visit a temple whenever I have philosophical issues that need discussion, but I do not see the need to habitually visit.

The only reason people will try to discuss this is because it seems like something that's in line with the Activision we like to vilify, but I think they're a little more business savvy than that. They understand that Call of Duty as it stands now is a tremendous cash cow, the sales of which have only been steadily rising, I don't think you'll see any risk-taking moves like that until they lose the leverage to sell 18 million copies of a single game that had a pretty short development cycle.

Michael Chrichton is a bad example because his conservative views often showed up in his writing, such as in State of Fear where he is basically denying global warming as something that exists, which is a view held pretty much exclusively by conservatives.
