Okay so trial one, turns out this one came out a little short, so I painted the backing of the frame black to see how that looks. I will probably end up keeping this print and getting a new one done.

It also came out kinda yellow or darker off of the large format printer, also need to figure that out too...

@pepsicolaboy: It's all good, I have some basic knowledge and just trying to give it a shot.

Okay did a quick clean up and darkened the face a little bit, and got rid of that weird square neck area thing.

And yea anyone can use it to make a mod or whatever for Civ, credit would be cool if pushed out somewhere.

Anyways will put up a picture of the printed image tomorrow hopefully. Should be around 16x20 or something can't make it too big cause Ryans face image I used was much lower res then the background image.

Yea I will fix up a few things. That line around his neck line is the layer of crackle that was a square box that you can see on the face. So I will do some touching up tonight then get a print tomorrow and let everyone know how it looks.

Ha, well since this went over so well I will work on getting a larger print done this week and see how it looks.

@truthtellah: Original images are old paintings of Russian generals by a George Dawe then just going thru images on the website here looking for decently lit headshots.

Idea isn't too original sadly since some dude does this with celebrities but I thought I would give it a shot myself.

Yea that was kind of the idea for where it would be, on that back wall there of the live set.

Had this idea for a little while and finally decided to work on it, not sure if this is in the right spot or deserving of its own post, apologies if not.

Thought everyone might get a kick out of this, as well as had the idea of getting it framed with a little name plaque at the bottom and mailing it to the crew. Though not sure how that would fly.
