Nice Run!

Congrats to Vinny and Jeff on completing their Endurance Run!  Last week I told my special lady that my evenings devoted to watching Persona 4 would be coming to an end. To celebrate, she made beef bowl!  Observe:

 
 
 
Ingredients included, but were not limited to, soba noodles, white carrots, ginger, hoisin sauce, beef broth, some kind of bean paste thing, and turkey meatballs. No instant ramen or fruit punch NOS here.  A delicious dinner for sure!  ...Then the next day I had to tell Becca that it turned out there would be at least one more boss fight. So we had leftovers. 
 
So congratulations once again to the fellas! And while I'm here, thanks to everybody for coming out to the panel at PAX. It was great meeting those I got to meet, and entertaining all the rest of you. See you next year?

Delicious, did you happen to make the noodles yourselves or just used store bought ones? 
It was a great run, and I too will be happy to regain an extra hour a day!

Great run, indeed.  I'm gonna miss it.  Bye Chie! Bye Kanji!  Bye Naoto! Bye Yosuke! Bye Yukiko! Bye Rise! Bye...okay, there were a lot of characters in that game, so you see where I'm going.
 
Those beef bowls look great.  And here I am starving, with not a thing to eat in the fridge.  I'm off to Bojangles.  
 
What are you going to do with all these free evenings, Rich?  I'[m thinking I might finally get that life back that I once had...

Looks like a pretty nice beef bowl you had there, it's no gateway to the meat dimension though.

Beef bowl looks great! Maybe Becca should be the one who prepares the food for the next contest. Although Ryan's version of the recipe sounds great, I bet this recipe is safer for human consumption.

Tasty stuff, broth looks great. Did you know it's impossible to find a restaurant that serves ramen in some parts of Canada? True.

BTW can we hope for a 2009 Fall Schedule post soon (7 more days!)... or with the way things are going, is a Spring Schedule release more appropriate? ;)

Dude, you've opened the portal to the meat dimension. How crazy would it be if that was the setup for Persona 5? :P
