im thinking with a 2 year development cycle to polish the existing mechanics to push it over the top... it would be an early next generation title and a current gen title

i agree with the general consensus that the blood is way too much.  im playing on veteran and at this point i cant remember what the game looks like without the red filter and the warning saying "you are hurt. Get to cover"

wow i usually expect better writting from the Giantbomb crew. The review seemed disjointed and didnt seem to flow quite right  sentences like,   " The little clicks that let you know that you've hit your target, or the way grenades clink around on the ground, regardless of surface, haven't changed at all, either."  seems like they can be worded more effectively with fewer words.  i really question if people read ...

@crunchUK: good point about lemans but i havent seen any F1 races at night.   maybe dynamic time of day wouldnt be soo bad. FarCry 2 did it pretty well
