T-shirt scam: a play in three parts

Actual email chain. Keep in mind that this guy's email address does not match to an account on the site and does not return any results for previous orders on our store. He's also never emailed support before.

If there's an issue with shirts fitting, I would email orders@socialimprints.com; they're our warehouse partners and should be able to set you up with an exchange. Sorry for the trouble!

It's not just that one of them is itching myself quite terribly so if its all right with yourself I'd appreciate just a replacement.

Unfortunately I don't work at the warehouse but I can try to email someone directly. Do you have an order number for the order you placed?

No as its been so long but yes I would appreciate if u could work it out and have them finally send out the tshirt.

I don't have the T-shirt anymore because I sent it to yourselves for replacement. I guess u guys never received it because I never heard back.
