I've just finished the second chapter and while I'm loving the game... I have no idea what's going on. The action is some of the best I've experienced in any game... but I'm having trouble following all the madness.
All I know is this (spoilers?): girl is not pure blood... has to fight some chick in red leathers (who drives her motorcycle over angels faces)... girl eventually ends up in a bottom of a lake in a coffin where she is released by some dude who she kills... dude's son is out for revenge... now girl doesn't remember what's going on except for the fact that she needs (gets?) to kill angels... ALSO guns on feet, clothing made out of hair, and lollipops.
Without spoiling anything... can someone give me a basic run down of the plot of this game? I'm going to keep playing regardless, but it would be nice to know something. Thanks!
" Shitty to write off Ender's Game off of reading a wikipedia article. "
yep. Everyone needs to read this book. That image is from a sort of virtual reality video game that Ender plays in the book. One of my favorite books of all time. Don't know how I feel about needing a game about it, but if anyone could make a good game out of the battle room, it would be the Mustards and Chair.
I agree with others. They should've added Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island and Super Mario 64. Then they could've charged around $40 and it would've been awesome.
" You people need to learn to read the fucking first post. He's saying that SC2 is taking his TIME away from steam games, not saying that b.net is steam or whatever else people thought he was saying. "
this.
I used to buy a new game on Steam every 2 weeks or so (or more often depending on the sale) and now I don't care because Starcraft 2 is consuming my life. I'll still pick up New Vegas and other big releases on steam as they come out.
Crazy. I used to be all obsessed with Steam, especially the sales. If there was a potentially good game on sale for a few dollars, I would pick it up. My Steam game collection is over 100 deep now. Games that have lately been on sale I've passed on because of Starcraft.
But now, since Starcraft 2 came out, I haven't even booted up Steam except for to find people to play Starcraft with. The way things are going, I don't think my Starcraft 2 addiction will be slowing down any time soon. Oh well. I don't mind.
