The Outer Wilds soundtrack, while minimal, does such a good job punctuating moments when he needs to. Both the end of loop and the FINAL end pieces are haunting in their beautify and the sense of urgency they convey.
Seeing this and the podcast talk, I NEED to replay this game. Easily my GOTY, top few of the generation, decade, and maybe even all time.
I hope you eventually managed to land on that Sun Station Brad. After doing everything else, it was one of the most satisfying things I've done in a game in a while. :)
Why I got into Rock Band 4 in 2019? Sometimes I wonder, but in short I got hard into RB last year to the point where I decided to get an Ion kit and use it as an intro to learning drumming. I've paid out for the xbox one adapters (that wired one costs hundreds of dollars now....) and am building a platform so the neighbours in my new apartment don't hate me. Hell, if this works out I plan to save up for a decent Roland electric kit!
So thank you for the recommends Alex! Always looking for songs that are fun to play!
I saw this for cheap recently and was tempted, but I wasn't sure how different it was from the Wii U version. Thank for for helping me make up my mind.
This is profoundly disappointing. I would get codes and download levels for offline play, and would totally use the online features when I have wifi access. Hell, I'd fucking make levels and upload them until the servers get shut down!
As a kid MK was the same to me. You had Street Fighter, which was cool but I was terrible at, and then you had Mortal Kombat. It just looked so cool to my teenage mind.
And you're taking requests for alright obscure games, One Must Fall 2097 I remember being good. And likewise if you're looking for terrible obscure fighting games, One Must Fall Battlegrounds would fit that bill!
As someone who doesn't want to spend that much money on a Switch mostly because of the horrible controller (saying spend another 20% on a slightly better controller doesn't make it any better...), it's annoying hearing so people say so often how they're happy something is on the Switch, or that it should be on the Switch, but yet have frequent technical issues.
