You can do it with the regular meat boy.  Basically go all the way past it, then jump up the upside down L wall.  The bridge will reform after being gone for a second.  Run and jump back, hitting the bandage.   Go back and hit the switch a second time, and just finish it like normal.

So, as the question says, what parts of the game have you had the most difficulty on (Circular Saws, Repelling circles, Falling Keys, etc)?
 
For me, it been a more general "whenever the game play gets loose:.  I have issues when I'm not running at full speed and bouncing off walls.
