No. While in Corssfire you can use whatever GPUs from the same generation you want, in SLI you have to use two exactly identical GPUs.
No, this isn't correct. The GPUs have to be of the same model. So for example you can crossfire a 290x with a 290, but not a 290 with a 280x. Sometimes what you can crossfire isn't so clear with the product names as they often rebrand the names, so you have to go by their code names, So Hawaii (290[x]) goes with other Hawaii, but the 280x (Tahiti) will go with the 280,7970,7950 as they're all Tahiti.
This is what I meant. Depends on what you consider a generation.
I see people here having "favorite labels". Why would anyone have a favorite label?
Smaller labels generally focus on a specific genre, or even projects by a set group of people (Planet Mu for example is run by Michael Paradinas, and he has released several of his projects and collaborations with others on that label), so it's likely that if you like some of their releases, you'll also like their others. Just a pretty safe way to explore bands you haven't heard before, since they are likely to share some traits for bands you are already into. I have yet to be disappointed in anything from Minimal Wave, Börft or Cold Meat Industry for example.
This obviously isn't true for comparably big labels like Mute or the giant labels like Universal or something, that puts out great stuff at times, but within a wide variety of genres.
I see. I follow Nuclear Blast and BlankTV on YouTube with the hope to find something nice yet I like only a few bands they offer (they are the reason I subscribed actually). But I guess that depends on genre and taste mostly.
I've gone through every request for now, if you havent gotten anthing yet, your game was propably already taken. If thats the case, check the original post for an updated list, coming soon!
No, I didn't even had the gut to ask for it. But if you feel generous indeed, I might just try for The Showdown Effect.
