I love Alex, but decrying the ridiculous reaction to No Man's Sky and then calling Palmer a "monster" is so insanely hypocritical. If there were more actual facts around the Palmer story then maybe I'd understand, but his connection to white supremacy is not based in fact, it's conjecture. We know very little about his personal views beyond the fact that he gave money to people who are associated with people who make stupid, often offensive memes on the internet. I don't think that makes him a monster, it makes him childish. And to think they apparently wouldn't have him on the site just because of that? It seems kind of shitty to just write off an entire person for something so stupid. I dunno, I guess I just hate to see this kind of moral black and white political garbage in Giant Bomb, like we're not able to forgive people for saying or doing stupid stuff. With that logic a lot of the GB crew themselves would be irredeemably blacklisted.
HOTLINE MIAMI 2 ROBBED FOR BEST STYYYYLE. Robbed SO hard, especially since they gave it to got-dam Galak-Z for the pause screen that HM2 does just as well. They didn't even MENTION IT. AAAHHH.
I can understand why Witcher 3 wouldn't grab someone when it slows down in the Novigrad section of the main story, but I can't help but feel none of them gave it enough of a chance except Dan, who is not at all that game's target audience. The way they keep saying things along the lines of "Bloody Baron is the best that game has to offer by far" is just wrong, and it's coming from ignorance but they present it as fact. I quit the game for like a month and a half during the Dandelion quests, but it only took me a couple of hours to get sucked right back in by Skellige.
I think it'd be easier to swallow if I didn't feel so down on SOMA. The story is so predictable and the dialogue writing seems really on the nose. Bad voice acting doesn't help, but that game really turned me off hard. Whatever.

Oooooohhhh mannnnnn this is *INFURIATING* to watch as someone with even a very basic grasp on astrophysics. But it's also entertaining. All three of them wondering if the Moon rotated relative to the Earth killed me.
I'm pretty annoyed at people in the comments who have no idea what they're talking about trying to tell them what to do. Point west at takeoff?? Weight has no effect outside of the Earth's atmosphere??? COME ON.
They're really going to need to learn about burn efficiency if they want to get anywhere. I know people are saying that isn't the "spirit" of the series but they simply WILL NOT accomplish their goal without grasping these basic concepts. Space travel is really hard.
This is my favorite series on the site for sure; it makes me remember so many games that I played and then forgot. I never owned them I just played the demos over and over. For hours.
