Disappointing to hear you guys assume Tony Stewart's guilt. I'm no fan of the Tony but there's no reason to believe he hit that guy on purpose. We're talking about someone who got out of his car on a dark, muddy, live race track. Stewart might be an ass but assuming he's a literal murderer just because he's hot tempered is pretty shitty.
@bradbrains: I'm gonna be "that guy" and point out that GG related panels have been threatened to the point of closure/evacuation multiple times. The idea that someone like Randi Harper and her followers are somehow more innocent than GG is laughable. Just because they claim the moral high ground doesn't make it true.
I know "both sides of this are equally shitty" is a copout but it is very often the truth.
I love how Austin tries to claim the Chuck E Cheese token system is more capitalism than communism. They're rewarding you a flat rate regardless of the effort you put in, the analogy couldn't be any more communist. WHY DO YOU HATE AMERICA AUSTIN
@amyggen: Ah okay thanks for the clarification. Still feels like the rest of the crew pretty much sees that game as a series of jokes and nothing more. It's gonna get shafted in GOTY.
I also stopped playing The Witcher 3 when MGS V came out and didn't play it again for a month or two. I had the same thoughts about having to dive back into it as they're having, and I was even on the Dandelion quests, but it literally took like 2 hours to get right back into it. That part isn't nearly as long as it seems. I think what I, and a lot of people, are annoyed about is that it seems like they're not even giving it a fair shot. They just dismiss it entirely because the idea of diving back in is too daunting. And yet we all know that Fallout 4 will get dozens of hours of playtime from each of them, despite it having many of the same issues (and worse) that they complain about in regards to W3. Blehhh.
I know it's their site and their opinions and they're not obligated to play the games the fans want them to play. It's just sad that their lives revolve around this medium, yet they needlessly miss out on a lot of the best the industry has to offer. I think Dan is the only one who has played Undertale, and I don't even think he's aware of the genocide route. Like, god damn. Seriously. But then Destiny gets all the attention in the world. :(
