Longtime fans should also be aware that this game runs at 30fps rather than the 60fps the games have run at since the OG Ratchet and Clank and up through Crack in Time. It's not make or break, but it does mean that the came doesn't feel quite as tight as you might remember. I'm also surprised Dan didn't mention the oddly wooden in game cut scenes; they're really jarring if your not expecting them.
As a longtime fan myself I completely agree with Dan's assessment and plan on getting the Plat on this game ASAP.
Listening to the most disappointing games discussion. The statement that needs to be said: "Fallout 4 has caused the most disappointment across the board." It's disappointing that the game is so broke that almost everyone will experience a game breaking bug multiple times. As someone who programs as a living and has done enough game development to know how frikkin' hard game development is, I echo @jeff that the games SHOULD HAVE BEEN cleaner then it is. People would have been just as happy, if not happier, with it if the homestead stuff had less or no features if they had spent more time making that game more stable.
I can't play Bethesda games because I always feel like it's going to break on me. I hate having to play with that constant sense of anxiety, and it's super disappointing that I stillcan't bring myself to play Bethesda's big open world games.
