I have used other gaming sites, for their social communities before (am not here to trash those sites) whose users were comprised of a lot of spammers and such.  Has anyone here noticed an influx of that on GB recently?  I know moderators have enough on their hands already without having to deal with that nuisance, but it will be saddening to me if that is the case here.  Granted, I haven't been here long, but it seems that the "new user" section is filled with a lot of that garbage.
