From what you guys are saying, it does seem to have enough awesome games to keep me going for a while. I'm sure there will be a handful of future releases too that keep me busy. Are there any signs of a Persona game coming out in the uk for the psp?

i@WerePaladin:  Yes, bit of a Mickey. I think he will come through, like Mickey did, and prove his worth. Hmmm, or maybe not if Amy Pond is going to stay on the TARDIS. Surely if the marriage to Rory goes though, then there is no way that she can continue to travel with the Doctor.

I grew up watching Doctor Who, 7th Doctor being my first. After it finished in 89, my dad introduced me to the earlier Doctors, especially Tom Baker. As much as I love the classic series, most of it hasn't stood the test of time. Not to say there aren't some great episodes, but, it is of its time.

yeah, that was my thought. I mean I never expected that I would use it more than my Xbox. It is there to get a half decent gaming fix while on the train. Got it in Red too...not that it makes it better, but thought I'd point that out :)

Understand your point Ramyum, but often I am on the train for about 2 hours, so sometimes want something a bit more involved than pick up and play. Ghost of Spata does look good though, thanks for the tip.

Thanks Linkyshinks, all three suggestions look ace!

@Shirogane:  It is probably something to do with a perception filler that the Tardis creates. If I remember rightly, David Tennant's doctor said something about it in the Shakespeare episode to Martha.

I just not into the Wii, ended up selling mine a year ago.

This is a bit crazy, but I really wanted to play shattered memories, so just bought a psp regardless. I figured there would be some half decent games. I spend quite a bit of time on the train with my job, so wanted a portable option. Well GTA Chinatown is certainly something I like the look off. Fat Princess also looks good.

@Fallen189:     You think? Do you mean for Doctor Who in general or just for this season?

Totally disagree on either counts.... although the RTD era did have a few stinkers.

hey all,

Bit of advice please. I have ordered a psp 3000 with Silent Hill (Shattered Memories) and FF Crisis Core. As much as I like the DS, I prefer my games a little more grown up. Are enough decent titles on the psp for this not to be a wasted purchase? Any advice on worth while games would be much appreciated!

As much as Tennant was great, I really think the the previous two series were on the whole far too bloated. The new series just feels right. Matt Smith's take on the Doctor is so refreshing, classic and new at the same time.   Karen Gillan is sex on legs and her character could be really interesting. Stephen Moffet really understands Doctor Who inside out and he has really embraced the darkness of it, which allot of the RTD era episodes neglected sue to their crash, bang wallop approach.

Which Doctor/Series you like is always going to be a personal preference. That is so exciting about Doctor who, the show evolves and doesn't stay stagnant. I for one am enjoying this series more than any so far since its 2005 return.
