I guess Dan didn't come extrapolate a strategy from playing : "Never end your turn out of cover or being flanked"

@swampwalk: Like Jeff said on a podcast, Oblivion on 360 was a marvel because it was a surprise that the game like this actually ran on a console well. It was more of a statement for the 360 than the game.

Now the consoles have fallen behind the PC, Bethesda games on console just seem like a subpar version.
