  1. HIVEP3 (This is off to a bad start)
  2. Gene (Well, maybe not.)
  3. Charles Darwin (I was really looking for a link to Assassin's Creed: Syndicate. There isn't one. Which is really unfortunate.)
  4. Eugenics (I was really looking for a link to Alexander Graham Bell. So I could jump to Assassin's Creed: Syndicate. But there wasn't one.)
  5. Human Cloning (I was REALLY looking for a link to Metal Gear Solid. But yeah you get the picture)
  6. Logan's Run (Now we're getting somewhere.)
  7. Ken Levine
  8. BioShock Infinite (Despite Jeff's review being cited, at no point in this article does it actually mention Giant Bomb.)
  9. Gamespot
  10. Giant Bomb

That could've gone better. But it also could've gone way worse, I guess.

I drink probably way too much milk, and what milk I drink is whole milk.

I really liked whatever the quest was that you get by reading Nick's files and then working one of his cases. I hope there are more like that, because "Nick Valentine and Piper's Muckraking of Diamond City Simulator 2015" is what I've discovered I actually want out of this game. Too bad about all the rest of it.

I watched all 13 episodes that Friday (which "watching every episode of something in one day" is something I've only ever done once before that), and I would say that it's easily my favorite MCU thing to date.

Admittedly, it's probably mostly brought about by playing to my interests super well, but hey. All I can say is it worked.

I've not really played a whole lot of wrestling video games, but WWE All Stars is pretty fantastic.

I do paper notes for somewhat older mystery games, stuff like Famicom Detective Club and things of that nature. More recently I took notes for Her Story, just because that was kind of a fun experience of watching the videos and frantically writing down notes about the sequence of events and key words. Mostly just because it feels thematically appropriate, though.

Jade Empire number one for sure.

Mass Effect 1, Knights of the Old Republic, and Dragon Age: Inquisition (miraculously, given that I absolutely despised 1 and 2) bring up the list of "other Bioware games I think are alright". Everything else they've done I've actively disliked or outright hated playing.

Depends on if I'm doing it for an audience or not. I streamed all of Thief despite actively hating it, but dropped Puppeteer after a world and a half, because I wasn't having fun, and I wasn't playing it on a stream.

And I'm not even someone who does monetization or anything, so it's not like I can even say I made money doing it or anything. It's just fun to play not-great games in front of people, I guess.

I hope to put the last 4 years of goty lists on the site soon (you guys kept those, right?),

...Eh-heh. I literally went through TODAY and deleted my lists that were in the 1-10 order in favor of keeping the ones in the 10-1 order. Whoops.

Also I think this year is the year so far that I've been the most out of touch with common consensus, with a whopping zero out of 10 games on my list in the aggregated top 10, my top three garnering postion 50, 38, and 26, respectively, as well as the fact that I've only played 3 of the games on the actual top 10, due to not really having that much interest in the rest.

If anything, I'd say that's a good thing though. I'd say that means that there was more diversity this year than most people give credit, and that there was enough quality to go around.

Although if you will excuse me, I'm going to sit in a corner being incredibly angry that somehow The Last of Us beat D4 by a single point. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrghhh.
