Also -- the game is called Metal Gear Solid and Ghost Babel is a really dumb name. It should just be referred to as Metal Gear Solid. Shinta Nojiri (the game's director) confirmed Ghost Babel are two words he more or less pulled out of a hat and have no relation to anything that happens in the game lol.
EDIT: Also Part 3 -- I hope this feature continues to Twin Snakes, Portable Ops, Peace Walker, and Acid 1 and 2 haha
I'm totally okay with them playing all of the Metal Gears...
@cason: It absolutely is; you can totally throw cheese wheels around, just like in the base game. The VRodeo format of taking only a cursory look at each game before playing it for the video is really hurting everyone's impression of VR as a whole. Each individual thing they miss isn't a huge deal, but there's a "death by a thousand cuts" thing going on.
The imaginary GB crew is so unfair about the beliefs you didn't extrapolate on.
I don't really know what you're trying to say, but I'm not going to write a thesis about beliefs, and my opinions on other's beliefs on a comment. Please stop trying to pick fights.
I'm far more conservative than he lets on to be, I'd love to hear what the staff thinks of me!
I've been thinking about this often lately. I've followed these guys for like 12 years (since Gamespot) and have always enjoyed them, and I think if if I met them at a bar, we'd get along great. But if they started asking me about my views and opinions on "hot button issues" they'd write me off instantly. It's pretty fucking pathetic. And again, just to reiterate, I've followed these guys for 12 years and heard all of their views that they've been willing to share, and I still happily pay them for my premium subscription.
Try being a little more accepting of other people.
This might be a weird question, but why do none of the GB folks go to the bathroom before they start recording or start a stream? Lately it seems like every video or live stream at least two people are getting up to go to the bathroom. It disrupts the flow of the conversations and the video. I guess with UPF it's fine because it is "Unprofessional."
