I'm not really sure what to think about this. I kind of don't like the idea of them giving me experience and bars and levels for doing silly things but at the same time, it's a great way to get people to be more active on the site.
 
Right now my biggest problem with it is that bar at the bottom is ugly and makes the top VERY empty. I think it should just statically stick there. My second biggest issue is retro-activity for things I've already done.
