This looks like something your friend's parents bought them for Christmas 2014 instead of a 3DS, and they are desperately trying to convince you (and themselves) how cool it is, while you are giving tepid approval while playing Mario Kart.
You know what? Looks really neat. I did, in fact stop, when Brad said so, because I want to see the rest for myself.
...But I do find Sony's utter desperation to have the same level of nostalgia that people have for Nintendo is...a little laughable.
No one will ever look at the PlayStation Eye with the same reverence as they would the NES Zapper. I feel like even the unreleased Wii heart Rate monitor would get a bigger reaction than just about anything Sony could bring to the table.
It's interesting to me how whenever people write about Dan, they always include how hard of a worker he is, and how seriously he takes things behind the scenes.
It makes you realize how strong of a performer he is.
People who work with him always feel the need to explain that he there are two Dan Ryckerts. The on-screen persona, and the off-camera worker.
For as frustrated as I got at his persona, he is the reason I watched most Game Informer content. He is the reason I bought a Giant Bomb subscription. I doubt he will be the reason I start following wrestling, so I guess the Ryckert journey has come to a close.
