Ok, so it I tried it again and it was still happening... I figured out it was just making the operations room go black... If I pressed triangle it would suddenly appear again...
Played it for about an hour, not bad so far. The gun feels good. My only issue was the camera seems to think I'm right on the edge off the play area, so I keep seeing the play area grid..
I have only been listening to the Bombcast for 2 years or so, but it is some of the best content out there. I don't think it will ever be the same without the "Hey everyone, it's Tuesday!". Ryan kept that ship on track, he was funny, energetic... God damn it. I keep getting teary eyed. His poor wife. I hope everyone else at Giantbomb is ok. If the community is this shaken up, think of the guys that worked with him every day.
I bought an Asus gaming laptop two years ago. I did one of those 2 years 0% interest things with Best Buy.
Everything was fine until I started gaming on it... It kept crashing to a mutlicolored screen... No dump errors. I figured out it was the GPU overheating... It took me a month of troubleshooting off and on (had no time) and finally came across a firmware update that was BURIED in their forums. I was pretty pissed that it wasn't more readily available.
Since that update, everything has been smooth sailing.
I really liked ME1... It took me until 1/3 of the way into ME2 to begin swaying me. I think I really dug the whole story and execution of 1. Gameplay is much better than 2, but I hated the change in the ammo system. That was a big problem for me. I still feel that 3 was a rushed peice of trash. I'm standing by that.
