I've never understood the "Jackass" films. I have really tried when friends have gotten my to watch those shows, but I just don't see what's funny about human suffering. It always seemed like low level sadism to me. I like schadenfreude when someone deserves it, but watching strangers hurt themselves and each other over and over for no reason has no appeal to me.

This voice acting is driving me crazy. It's like the actors only direction was to sound brown and foreign.

@rorie do you give seats up to the disabled on BART, or is it a survival of the fittest thing? I don't know that an old person could really go back 5 blocks as easily as you, just sayin.

I don't think Dan is actually familiar with the concept of logic.

This is currently my favorite GB series. Abby rocks!

I remember listening to Beastcast Episode 71, at around the 10:30 mark the discuss Palmer Lucky's naivete. "Not defending his actions", but seemingly discussing his "garbage" actions as the foolish exploits of a 20-something. Associating with the Alt-Right, with White-Supremacists, with Neo-Nazis is not only garbage, it's indefensible.

I brought this up because this episode (121) is not the first time the Beastcast has failed to issue a full-throat-ed rebuke of racism. The Beastcast states that we know where they stand, and I believe I do, but someone else listening might not. Also, even it that's not the case, we can see clear examples of racists and bigots taking ambiguity as a triumph. The Nazi publication the Daily Stormer issued a front page celebratory article about how the President didn't directly denounce them after the events in Charlottesville. They also call themselves Pewdiepie's number 1 fan site.

1. Yet I have been called the N-word.
2. I have been told to go back to "my country".
3. I have had my groceries and receipt searched to make sure I didn't "steal anything".
4. When I was 6 years old I had a police officer genuinely ask if I had hidden drugs inside a snowman.
5. I'm Asian, the "model minority", I have a Ph.D., I'm married, I have a family, and I still see and feel injustice. I cannot even imagine what it is like for other races and ethnicities.

So when I hear people I admire, I laugh along with, I follow, spend more time talking about the inconvenience of copyright law than talk about how an incredibly influential Youtube celebrity has made a habit and pattern of using Nazi imagery, Anti-semetic actions, and blatantly racist language it's heartbreaking. I have followed Giantbomb since 2008 and earnestly love the site and the people behind it, and will continue to love the people and their work. I am just disappointed sometimes with how things shake out.

I stopped watching a few minutes in when Dan changed Lang into himself. I love GB, but a lot of the time Dan just isn't for me. I'm glad for everyone that loves Dan's personality, it's just a little much for me sometimes.
