My top 10 First Person Shooters

Hey there! To start, i got a laptop last January. It was really not much of a gaming laptop but it served me well since it has a decent video card. And hey, i just played tons of shooters. I'll be presenting my own top 10 first person shooters. Its my list, OKAY?! but you can criticize me whenever you want. Lets say my top 10 games is from the past decade (2000 - 2010)

List items

  • For the top 10 its the classical Doom 3! what i can remember from this game is that it has tons of enemies and let me exaggerate more, mountain of enemies will be there. In general, its a horror shooter with a linear story line. I will tell you this, its thrilling from start to finish and its just made me hyped.

  • Rainbow Six Vegas nails the spot 9 in my list! much of a guerrilla tactic stuffs of course and its the sequel to the first rainbow six. lets say stealth is wealth for this game? Haha! And its got a unique game play where you can feel like bossing around but overall its a top notch.

  • S.T.A.L.K.E.R has my Eight spot. This open world shooter sure is a one heck of a game, battling mutants, soldiers, co-stalkers in a versatile manner with a bunch of weapons. Exploring the areas around the real life Chernobyl power plant is worth it.

  • Crysis! damn the graphics with this one brings it to number 7. From the title of the game itself, it is made from the cryengine which really innovates the looks of the game. Nonetheless, its a science fiction. But why? the suit will tell you why which is one of the reasons why the game play brings entertainment.

  • Aha! bet you didn't know this game? nah just kidding. This game is my number six. I don't why but the game overall is fun to play with the unique elements and futuristic features it present. its a 2006 game but definitely matches one of today's shooters

  • And here is the game or a titular title which every gamer or should I say, EVERYONE knows. its my top 5 because of the multi player content which is fun to play with friends. The single player has a good plot and various objectives must be accomplished to progress. What really makes this game good is that it feels like you're just there with the dialogues and sounds being so realistic.

  • Ahhhh, another open world shooter but it very different with STALKER because the setting is in Africa! it also presents vehicles so you can travel faster. What i liked about this game is the realism features it offers. Being a mercenary is hard though but hey it does not matter, its in my fourth spot!

  • A high rated game which is very very very true even to us gamers. The introduction was brilliant how it presents the setting until it goes to the conclusion. It has a good narrative since you can collect recorders which will explain more about the details of the story. Ever heard of magic? Its nothing with this game a it brings phenomenal powers to your character. This badass shooter climbs up to my 3rd spot

  • Seriously, play with the original half life first before you play with this sequel. Its really awesome to know the whole story but lets get to the point. good narrative - CHECK, brilliant AI - CHECK, a 2004 game but still one of the best - CHECK! I really have nothing more to say than its amazing all throughout i mean the characters are stunning and live to the plot plus the sounds are great, the graphics are still good though to be in my second spot

  • And here is what we've been waiting for, the Valedictorian, the best in my eyes and the well yeah my top one game that I've played. if in farmville you harvest crops, here you harvest WEAPONS! come to think of it, more a than million of weapons are present. I find it stunning. but hey, the story is alright and its on the fictional world of Pandora. Does it remind you of anything mythological right? Haha! By the way, its a hybrid shooter because it has a role-playing game element which you can manage and develop your character in your own likeness. The mood is light for an open world compared to fallout and i also liked the comic style graphics about it. It also has four enjoyable DLCs that took me days to finish all (noob). And there you go folks!
