There are some games I would love to play the day they come out, but I don't mind waiting if they come out in November and just get them as Christmas and birthday presents a month later. Kind of nice to actually have something you really want to play come Jan. One year I bought all the good games before Christmas and by the time Christmas break rolled around I was left with nothing new to play or get excited about until March.
@PenguinDust: I wish I lived in a bigger city cause i have had friends inform me there are game markets people go to and get a good price for their games. This way you at least get 75% back on your purchase and you get to socialize with some gamers that are not looking to take advantage of you. I understand no one forces people to go to GameStop, but in a way you are being pushed in their direction. The last two towns I have lived in GameStop was the only gaming store for 60 miles, so unless you really know your way around the internet and Ebay, kids are pretty much left with only one other choice.
@KaosAngel: Well, for those of us who think about it a lot there is the hit show Dexter on Showtime. A lot of people say you shouldn't play God, but then support abortion or military killiing for their country. Too many people swinging both ways on this issue for comfort.
just wondering if you can have more then 5 minute quarters in My Player Mode? I would like to play full 12 minute quarter games but can't seem to find that option. Any help would be appreciated.
@greenspear: I won't buy it when it comes out since its pretty close to the holidays, but I plan on getting it as a present for Christmas so I may be a little late to the party. Although, I do like having something great to play on Christmas, so with L4D2 and MW2 I will be set.
