Cult-gaming concept

A cult is a religious or religious like organization. Cults could be centered around many beliefs such as a creator of the world, aliens, or their rightful "destiny" Cults grow in size by recruiting new members whether through propaganda or forced-conversion. Cults are mostly known for their mysterious factor and beliefs and even feared for that reason. Such cults like the Branch Davidians and Eastern Lightning are the most notorious cults to exist in the real world. Cults could have many meanings for example: The Order of Solar Temple-Is a suicide cult and revolves around death, while a doomsday cult would revolve around the end of the world. Cults are described as new religions some are very dangerous while others are just new beliefs that popped up into peoples minds. Cults exist globally and defy or aim to approve on commonly accepted beliefs due to this cults can be dangerous and their members very radical. Some cults need strictly loyal followers ready to act and follow what the cult believes in. Some cults have a specific dress code or ritual which all it's members must follow. Most cults are secretive because they believe if they are discovered their ideas or organization will be compromised due to this belief the cult can operate through a secretive network. If regular citizens come in contact with a cult and do not join or accept the cults beliefs, the consequences are often very severe for that person. Most cults have a leader or a guide to give them knowledge about what they believe. In gaming cults have mostly appeared in horror games but, also in action-adventure titles.
