Not sure how I'd edit this properly. Say for a person who was born in one country but now lives in another, what's the standard way to write that? Should the town and country of birth go in the first box, then the current country in the second?

I found it janky and repetitive, but the sequel is on my preorder list, so it must have left some sort of impression on me.
