I can't really remember what I did, but try talking to her again the next time you're at camp or you see her. I'm not sure if you have to trigger it or she does... :(

Maybe some Final Fantasy? In the US market, I'd probably gun for Drake and Kratos right now. Maybe some Killzone 2 or Sackboy action.

@ajamafalous:
For MW2 the only lag I get are from bad hosts, my FPS there is pretty alright as AA is off and I can't really tell the difference in graphics. It's games like WoW, where in a major city like Ironforge, my game might stutter and either freeze or get low fps. Games like Heroes of Newerth face a large drop in FPS when I'm in intense situations like a group fight. Normal gameplay for all these games are usually topping around 30-40 fps.

@dcpc10:
Here we go!
 I think this is it. I put the system info and the display devices.
I think my drivers are all updated, at least my graphics card's are. In terms of internet, I think my latency is fine, I find it's usually a fps drop. Could that still be related to my internet?

@SeriouslyNow:  Sorry, I may have come off as a racist, but I live in Singapore and I'm a Malaysian. I really hate it when people try to mimic our accents for comedic affect and it comes off as "Chinese" or "Japanese". When people can't classify accents correctly, don't even use them. I'm not saying Just Cause 2 doesn't do that, but it's just the accents I've heard in the videos and demos I've watched/played, don't seem great.

@cide:  I really loved Just Cause and Just Cause 2 is set to be a huge improvement over the last game, without losing much of its charm. Last year I played tons of open world games, and hearing the Scooter, or the Zeke or other side character yell in your ear bothered me a bit. That's to say that they sounded very one-sided and with the accents in these voice overs, I think the one-sided characters will become more than annoying and borderline game breaking for me, depending on the frequency.

Sorry, I just recently got a new graphics card, I thought it was a 5790 but I guess it's a 5770. It's 5700 series at least! Anyways, yes, I'm running XP 32-bit and I have 4 gigs of RAM but the maximum is 3.5GB. I can send the dxdiag file to anyone who wants it, or shall I just copypasta it?

It's stupid. This is a major factor of annoyance for me because of the fact that it's set in SEA and that the accent isn't even authentic. The tone is just completely off and it seems so forced. I can't stand Singaporean accents anyway, let alone a forced, fake one. This is really the only thing stopping from pre-ordering Just Cause 2 right now.

Hey guys, I've never been great with PCs and a couple years ago I got a supposed top-of-the-line PC... It hasn't been performing as well as I hoped. I'm not sure how to get my full specs up but I'll type what I can remember. If you guys can help me optimize my PC, I'd be really grateful.

Intel Quad Core 2.4GHz
Windows XP, 3.5GB RAM
ATI 5790 1GB

Basically, I want to know why my PC might not be performing very well. I'm getting pretty bad fps when running games like TF2, WoW and Heroes of Newerth. I used to get bad lag on MW2 but I turned off AA and it's pretty fine now. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!

In my opinion your best bet is to find a friend or a group of your buddies that are already knee-deep in end-game content. Have one of them Recruit-a-friend you and then digitally buy or get a retail version of WoW Battle Chest and Wrath of the Lich King. Get that said friend and convince him (or if he wants to level another toon) and not only do you blast through 1-60 because of the improvements Blizzard put in with getting up to date with end-game content, you're getting triple XP as well. I just restarted the other week and my buddy and I are already 50. Once you get to around 70 I think you'll hit a small wall, but by then you will hopefully have a group of friends that can help you out with instance grinding and other things like that.

Honestly, Cataclysm is going to be WoW 2.0. The least you should do, if you're thinking to get into WoW in Cataclysm anyways, is to experience specific zones that will see a huge change. Most of them may or may not end up being palette swaps and texture changes from the respective zones (Thousand Needles - Ashenvale) but it's still nice to be a part of something that you'll never experience. Like the opening of Ahn'Qiraj? That was awesome. A final note, if you're playing alone, which I don't recommend, you'll find it a lot harder to get into or get back into... I know I could never play WoW by myself, you really need the social interaction and pointless guild chats to keep you going on those pesky drop rate quests... Anyway, good luck!
