wwfundertaker: Best of 2009

List items

  • Even though it came out December 2008, i played it and enjoyed it in 2009. loved the endurance and thanks to that i got the game. The story was the best part, when you thought the game was going to end it continued on. Also the characters are among the best which i have seen; you can really get attached to them and start cheering for your favourites.

  • If you love to shoot, you need to play this. FPS games have come in huge numbers and this one is just a tad special. With incorporating certain rpg elements and the endless number of enemies to kill, and did i mention the gazillions of guns you can acquire. The actually story wasn’t great, but the countless side quests and now new DLC, this will keep you busy for a while.

  • Finally got its European release this year, 5 years when it was first out. Im a big fan of the manga and anime and so I decided to get this. Was not disappointed and can’t get enough of it. These games usually are the same as other novel based anime games, lot scenes, dialogue and a few choices that need to be made. Still im happy to put it on the list as i spent hours on this and learnt a bit of Japanese along the way.

  • When this was announced, i had my doubts. In the end it was an enjoyable experience, as i had become sick of the WWE games and wanted a change. Being a huge fan of the UFC, i could finally use my favourite fighters and kick some ass. The game play itself has many ways you can adopt submission or go for the straight KO. By the time i got the game everyone online had become an expert and i got my ass kicked, i didn’t really mind. Hope the next one can top this.

  • As for the first time the burnout franchise was coming to the pc, at that time i didn’t have a Xbox 360. The pc version was excellent; the game play remained the same quality as previous games. The open world made driving more unique and also the addition content made it more compelling to keep playing. A thrill ride not to be missed.

  • Event though it came out last year the DLC support it got in 2009 was the main reason i chose to play it. The main game (a part from the ending) was great, exploring the wasteland and meeting interesting people along the way was satisfying. When the DLC started coming, i had mixed feeling about the content. Personally i though Broken Steel was the best and thanks to my computer for making point lookout a hell ride for me.

  • Haven’t actually got the game yet, but since most people i talk to say this game deserves all the credit it receives, i do not have a problem putting in my top ten games list.

  • I had never played a puzzle quest type game before; i was surprised that i enjoyed this. With Square Enix making this game, it has the Final Fantasy vibe, even though it has nothing to do with. The game play is fun and music is pleasant to hear while playing. A good little downloadable to keep you busy when your bored.
