The only way these would really be worth any more than the retail price is if after the 13th of November someone really really really wanted COD Elite Founder Status.

Otherwise, @SpaceInsomniac is correct.

This is more than a bit confusing and it took me a bit to figure out myself.

Owners of the HE are guaranteed Founder Status.

Owners of the Standard Edition can only gain Founder Status by signing up for the Premium Elite Membership before November 13th.

Using the code provided on the back of the COD Elite pamphlet VIA your console will work in gaining you Founder Status as long as you use it before November 13.

If for some reason you can't do so, if by chance that someone either get's their HE late or procures one in the future, then you would use the code on the back of the card to gain your Founder Status retroactively.

The card is just a measure of insurance for your Founder Status in the case that you can't register before Nov 13th.

I'm cool with it even if it's close to MW2. In fact, as someone previously stated, if it's even close to MW2 considering the shit that's went down at Infinity Ward it would be a miracle.

I'm going to give it a fair shake.
