5min in and everyone is enjoying themselves going over the roster, except for one. I understand wanting a 'every man' to counter balance the rest of the wrestling fans on this but she's just painful at this point.

It's annoying people because she's the only person on staff that does stuff like this, and with the vast majority of the other coverage on the site being so good it stands out. It also makes Giantbomb look weak in the larger community when critics are praising the game and we get....whatever that was.
This is a bad Quicklook. Just running into most arenas and stand there shooting? Why even bother recording that. It sounded like Jeff has actually played the game and understood its strengths/style. Glad he was in on this video to give some actual context on how this game works.
I think I'm done with the Crime Crew. Dan is leaning into his heel stick way too much, it's annoying. Alex seems generally annoyed to be doing it, you can feel his pain. Abby and Vinny seem to be enjoying it, and it looks like they put a bunch of work into the production of this thing, which sucks even more I'm not enjoying it.
The lever separating from the body causes the time delay chemical reaction to start, and the pin is only a safety mechanism.
You're exactly right. The pin prevents the lever from coming off accidentally. Pulling the pin out does nothing but allows the lever to detach, which it will do automatically when the pin is removed (unless depressed by your hand/object).
Once the lever has been detached the chemical reaction begins.
