I had a great time in the beta so I certainly will be playing competitive multiplayer. 
 
For those of you that don't play because of Xbox Live assholes spewing hateful stuff over voice chat, set your communications preferences to Friends/Party only and you never have to worry about that again.

I've been missing the multiplayer ever since the beta ended, but I will still play Campaign first.  I will probably hop on a few multiplayer matches on launch day just to curb stomp some dudes.

Some people like one thing while some people like the other.  This console war garbage is ridiculous to say the very least.  If you like what you are playing, that's great, why constantly try and prove what you like is the best thing ever™?  It's like your self worth is tied to a video game machine.
 
With that said I will probably pick up a PS3 in the within the next 6 months to check out Uncharted and some other exclusives.

I did and still have it hooked up.  
 
My PS2 got more overall play the last generation but I spent a helluva lot of time playing Halo/Halo 2 and the KOTOR games.  Burnout 3 and Ninja Gaiden Black were pretty damn good as well.

If anyone still has an extra code I would certainly like one.  Thanks!

Nice overview.  The only thing that seems worthwhile is the drag forward/back feature, for everything else the controller looks superior.

When I first started playing (when they let you vote for the same map over and over with no restriction) it was all Nuketown all the time.  Lately it seems that Firing Range, Jungle, Summit, and Array are getting popular with the lobbies I get into.  I like Firing Range and Summit just fine, but Jungle and Array are kind of underwhelming.  When Nuketown comes up I just deal with it since it will only last two rounds anyway, even though I think it is one of the worst maps in the game.
 
Having said all that I still like Nuketown better than the two 'box' maps from CoD4 and MW2.

Too bad, I was interested to see how this would turn out.
